Harry Sargous was principal oboist of the Toronto Symphony from 1971 to 1982. He has also served as principal oboist of the Kansas City Philharmonic, the Toledo Symphony and the Toronto Chamber Winds. A guest artist with many orchestras in the US and Canada, he has also been a featured soloist on CBC Radio and Television, BBC London, WDR Köln, Swedish Rijksradio and a recitalist in North America and Europe. His Carnegie Recital hall debut was made to great critical acclaim.
